How do I use the weighted sleep mask?

Put it on before bed with the adjustable strap fitted comfortably around your head. The mask should sit gently on your face — you shouldn't feel pressure on your eyes, only around them. Use it in complete darkness for best results.

How do I use the lavender sleep spray?

Spray 2–3 times onto your pillow and sheets from about 6 inches away, approximately 5 minutes before bed. Let it absorb into the fabric. Do this every night for best results — the ritual works through repetition.

Can I use both products together?

What if the mask is too tight or too loose?
